How it Started
Back in 2012, we took a heartfelt leap and opened Cattleya Thai in Warrnambool. It was a labour of love that we poured our hearts and souls into, day and night.
We wanted to create a space that not only served authentic Thai cuisine but also fostered a sense of community and warmth.
It was a tough and emotional decision, but we moved to Ballarat to continue growing Cattleya Thai.

The Evolution of Cattleya Thai
We’ve overwhelmed by the support of the Ballarat community. We even opened our Sister venue: Eatsy Thai in late 2023.
Now, we’re excited to welcome you to the Heritage & Signature editions of our humble restaurant. These new chapters are not only a reflection of our journey but also an invitation to experience the warmth and hospitality that lie at the heart of everything we do.
